The river shuttle service was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
My room's balcony glass was dirty, and it obstructed the view. Sitting there was not enjoyable.

I appreciated the prompt service at the pool area. Staff were readily available and very attentive to all requests. The free shuttle boat to Iconsiam was convenient. It allowed for easy access to shopping and dining. Breakfast offered great choices. Western options were of very good quality.
The room looked dated. The furniture was scratched and showed wear. The technical issues in the room were a distraction.

The hotel enjoys a prime location right on the Chao Phraya River, and it provides fine views. Its position allows easy access to many attractions and nearby shopping areas via boat or car. The free shuttle boat service is a definite plus.

The Beautiful King Room provided ample space and a comfortable bed. Amenities included a well-stocked minibar and a large flat-screen television. The river view was especially noteworthy from my window, and the bathroom was well appointed.
